We loved our stay at Lula’s. Excellent location on quiet street away from the centre but within easy walking distance from the centre. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and common breakfast room was a nice opportunity to meet other guests. We loved the common porch area providing view of the water across the street and entertaining hummingbirds constantly feeding from the feeders on the property. Consistent hot water for showers which was appreciated after busy days exploring the area.

The Cabañas Naturaleza are a great place to stay. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries that we made. The location is 4km from town but there were a few restaurants within walking distance and taxis drive by on a regular basis, if you would like to go to town. The cabins themselves are very well kept and provide a kitchen and private pool. The maintenance staff was very friendly and helpful in looking after the grounds and supplying bottled water when requested. I would recommend...

Tropical Suites is an oasis of comfort in the hustle and bustle of Bocas del Toro. Most rooms are overlooking the water and are spacious with a kitchenette or full kitchen. The staff is very friendly and immediately responds to any of your wishes. They arranged our entire 3 night stay with dinners, lunch, tours, boat tours and all perfectly and we enjoyed delicious food at Guari Guari, El Ultimo Refugio and Pirates. Can highly recommend this hotel.

I was fortunate enough to have the ground floor room with my own secret garden patio, totally secured and had a hammock and patio table/chairs. Very clean, well-organized, and cozy place to stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from downtown, yet quiet because it’s not right in the center. Excellent kitchen and fridge with everything you need to prepare snacks or meals. Several grocery stores are only a few minutes away as well. Very good coffee available all day! I’m a solo female traveler and felt very safe. I booked a room with a private shower on the lower level. Thanks for a great stay — I’ll definitely be back!

This is such a cool place! Beautiful surroundings and a unique experience. It is rustic, but a fun adventure. You must climb up and down quite steep stairs to get to the bedroom. Unfortunately, we had lots of rain, so took the water taxi into town and did some exploring. We went to red frog beach. Beautiful! Staff are nice. Food good. Not many vegetarian options, but overall good. We kayaked and snorkeled. Beautiful! I highly recommend.
